Chief Creative Officer

Natalka Znak is Chief Creative Officer for Zodiak USA.

In her role, Znak oversees both the development and current departments.  As lead creative, she is responsible for selling and adapting international formats for the US markets as well as creating original productions for both broadcast and cable networks. Additionally, she manages the development and production slates that include the series  Wife Swap (ABC), Hardcore Pawn (truTV), All Worked Up (truTV), The Boss is Coming to Dinner (NBC), and  Don’t Forget The Lyrics! (syndication, VH1, MynetworkTV).

Prior to joining Zodiak, Znak served as Controller of Factual Entertainment for ITV Studios in London.  There, she was responsible for creating and producing UK hits including I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!Hell’s Kitchen, and  Love Island.  She brought the first two formats to the States, producing the first seasons of  Hell’s Kitchen for Fox as well as I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! for NBC.

Additionally, Znak was charged with overseeing a broad range of ITV programs such as Dancing On Ice and Paris Hilton’s Best Friend.  While at ITV, she earned several awards for her work, including two BAFTA’s, Royal Television Society Awards, National Television Awards, and numerous Broadcast Awards.

Znak started her career in politics before moving onto current affairs and documentary programming.

Tony Yates

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Yates is Chief Operating Officer for Zodiak USA.

In his role, Yates is responsible for corporate operations, business affairs, and strategic planning in both the Los Angeles and New York offices.  His oversight includes all aspects of business development, including product integration, brand licensing, music publishing, television production and the exploitation of global assets.

Since joining the company in 2006, Yates has created and managed the company’s operational structure to support over 30 series.  Most recently, he sold and executive produced 160 episodes of Don’t Forget the Lyrics for 20th Television, VH1 and My NetworkTV syndication. Additionally, he has served as point executive on shows such as Don’t Forget the Lyrics (FOX), Secret Millionaire (FOX), How To Look Good Naked (Lifetime), Shaq’s Big Challenge (ABC), and season two of The Two Coreys (A&E).

Prior to Zodiak, he co-executive produced several reality shows including  Super Nanny (ABC), Mad Mad House (Sy-Fy), and the Matt Damon and Ben Affleck-produced  Project Greenlight (HBO), which Yates was nominated twice for both an Emmy and Producers Guild Award.Throughout the years, Yates has worked with many high-level producers, networks and studios, some of which include A. Smith Productions, Shed Media, NBC, ABC, FOX, VH1, MTV, Discovery, A&E, Lifetime, Miramax, and New Line.

Yates began his career at Paramount Pictures as a financial analyst in the Domestic Syndicated Television Division before parlaying into a producer position at  Hard Copy where he produced over 1600 episodes.

Andy Lennon

Chief Financial Officer

Andy Lennon is the Chief Financial Officer at Zodiak USA.

Lennon is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the production company, encompassing all aspects of local financial reporting and control as well as regular reporting back to the UK parent company, Zodiak Media Group. Lennon started his career in financial services working for Target Group, an ambitious UK life assurance company who ultimately became part of Lloyds TSB.  He then moved to Equitable Life where he specialized in systems integration, investment accounting and financial control of Equitable’s offshore operations.

This was followed by a move to Daiwa Securities in Dublin where he served as financial controller and director of trustee operations for Daiwa’s rapidly expanding offshore funds business. Upon his return to the UK he took the position of financial controller and later financial director of Sand Aire Limited, a family investment office based in the West End of London.

During his time with Sand Aire he focused particularly on the Private Equity part of their business and sat on their Investment Committee contributing to the decisions to buy and sell portfolio companies. Deciding to change sectors, Lennon joined the thriving computer networking company SkyNet Systems.  During his time there, he helped the business grow significantly, improving their systems infrastructure that ultimately led to the sale of SkyNet to British Telecom, the UK’s largest telecom company.

This was followed by a period contracting for 2e2 , a private equity backed IT group pursuing a buy and build strategy in the UK, before joining RDF and relocating to Los Angeles.

Lennon has a degree in Economics from Newcastle University and is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Claire O'Donohoe

Executive Vice President, Current

Claire O’Donohoe is Executive Vice President of Current for Zodiak USA.

In her role, O’Donohoe oversees all current Zodiak productions, including Secret Millionaire (ABC), Hardcore Pawn (truTV), and Celebrity Wife Swap (ABC). Prior to joining the company, she produced both American Gladiators (NBC) and Tabatha’s Salon Takeover (Bravo) for Reveille. A London native with 12 years of television production experience, O’Donohoe has served as Executive Producer and showrunner for Channel 4′s Big Brother 7 and Celebrity Big Brother 5.

Additionally, she has produced over a dozen of the UK’s biggest series, including Big Brother (Channel 4), Hell’s Kitchen (ITV), Popstars (ITV), Fame Academy (BBC1), and The Games (Channel 4). She began her career as a researcher at Granada TV before moving to Endemol to help establish the Big Brother series. O’Donohoe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The London College of Printing.

Tim Sullivan

Senior Vice President, Development

Tim Sullivan is Senior Vice President and Head of Development for Zodiak USA.

In his role, Sullivan oversees Zodiak’s development teams in both the Los Angeles and New York offices.  He is responsible for creating both original unscripted formats, like Secret Talent Scout, and adapting the existing Zodiak catalog for the US marketplace.  Since joining Zodiak in 2010, Tim has sold nearly 15 series across a wide range of networks, including OWN, truTV and History.

Prior to joining Zodiak, Tim spent six years at Magical Elves, working his way up to Director of Development. There, he helped develop a long list of series such as Top Chef, Top Chef Just Desserts, Top Chef Masters, America’s Next Producer, Work of Art, Step it up and Dance, Treasure Hunters, and America’s Next Great Restaurant. He also Co-Produced the feature length documentary Air Guitar Nation, which went on to win audience awards at South by Southwest, Tribeca Film Festival and many others.

He is a graduate of University of Vermont.

Miranda Wang

SVP, Business & Legal Affairs

Miranda Wang is Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Zodiak USA.

In her role, Wang is responsible for all business and legal issues in both the Los Angeles and New York offices. Her oversight includes network approvals, access agreements, tradeouts, music, legal clearance and licensing. Additionally, Wang handles intellectual property matters and drafts option agreements and development deals for both Zodiak’s unscripted and scripted projects.

She also serves as lead advisor in regards to risk management and insurance claims. Since joining the company in 2006, Wang has worked on over 20 shows, including Wife Swap (ABC), Secret Millionaire (ABC), and Don’t Forget the Lyrics (20th Television, VH1, MyNetworkTV). Wang began her career in television business affairs at the William Morris Agency where she assisted on a variety of talent deals, test options, development agreements, and coordinated agency packages with major studios and networks. After William Morris, she moved to business affairs at Dick Clark Productions, working on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance, The Golden Globes and American Music Awards.

Prior to the entertainment business, Wang was employed at Flynn, Delich & Wise, a boutique maritime litigation firm, in San Francisco. She moved to Los Angeles to work for Big Bite, a multimedia communications company with a concentration on presentation skills training for entertainment clients such as DreamWorks. Wang is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (B.A., Psychology & Rhetoric) and Tulane Law School (J.D.).

Sunny Agans

Senior Vice President, Casting

Sunny Agans is Senior Vice President of Casting for Zodiak USA.

In her position, Agans oversees talent casting for both the development and current teams. She seeks out fresh and unique individuals from all walks of life to cast in Zodiak’s unscripted television series, including Secret Millionaire (ABC), Real Deal (History), Killer Karaoke (truTV) and Don’t Forget the Lyrics (syndication, VH1, MyNetwork TV).

Prior to joining the company, Agans served as a producer on the long running franchise Last Comic Standing (NBC) as well as Mommas’ Boys (NBC) from Ryan Seacrest Productions. Additionally, she led the casting departments for both Don’t Forget the Lyrics (Fox) and Dance Machine (ABC), and served as Supervising Casting Director in the initial season of NBC’s mega-hit Deal or No Deal.

Agans began her career as a Casting Associate on NBC’s Fear Factor quickly working her way up the ranks and eventually landing the Lead Casting Director position for the show’s final four seasons.

Agans earned a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

Brooke Fisher

Vice President, Publicity & Marketing

Brooke Fisher is Vice President of Publicity and Marketing for Zodiak USA.

In her role, Fisher generates and manages press for the Zodiak USA brand as well as for its key producers and executives.  She also strategizes with networks to promote Zodiak produced television series, including Celebrity Wife Swap (ABC), Secret Millionaire (ABC), Hardcore Pawn (truTV), Secret Talent Scout (OWN), Real Deal (History) and Being Human (SyFy).  Additionally, she collaborates with Zodiak’s parent company, Zodiak Media, to coordinate international publicity.

Prior to joining the company, Fisher spent three years at Stan Rosenfield & Associates.  There, she worked on entertainment accounts, including Kelly Ripa, Andy Garcia, David Boreanaz, Patricia Clarkson and Daryl Hannah, as well as corporate accounts such as Discovery Land and Moet-Hennessy. She began her career in the features department at Anonymous Content.

Fisher is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
